Dell ziet kansen in het leveren van uitgebreide "End-point to Datacenter"-oplossingen aan klanten wereldwijd

• Klanten die bezorgd zijn over de stabiliteit van hun toeleveranciers kunnen ‘one-stop shopping’ afnemen, van desktop en de perimeter van het netwerk tot en met het datacenter van Dell
• Dell Services biedt klanten migratieoplossingen, desktopvirtualisatie en veilige omgevings-consulting aan, evenals ondersteuning voor hardware van HP, IBM, Lenovo, Acer en anderen

Data management, desktopvirtualisatie, endpoint security en andere belangrijke initiatieven vereisen een combinatie van end-user devices en aanvullende diensten, software en oplossingen om effectief problemen van klanten op te lossen. Volgens de Q2 2011 Customer Satisfaction Study TBR staat Dell op de eerste plaats als het gaat om klanttevredenheid inzake notebooks en nummer 1 in 41 van de 58 verslagperiodes.
